Meetings of the Planning Commission are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except November/December), at 5:00 PM in the Port Sheldon Township Hall. Agendas and Meeting Minutes are found here.

Regular meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals are generally held at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st Wednesday of each month.

The Board of Trustees meets each second Wednesday of the month in the Board room at 5:30pm. Agendas, packets and minutes can be found here.
